Child Custody  - The issue of child custody is complicated at best.  Despite the raw emotions and lingering hostilities on both sides, your ultimate goal is to ensure that your children are being well cared for and are in a safe, stable environment.  While many people believe that fighting for custody is a lost cause, this is simply not true.  The court bases its decision on what is best for the children.  If it can be proven that a child is being exposed to an environment that is unhealthy for them, (either mentally or physically), the court has a duty to intervene and take action.  This is where an investigator comes in.  Because wild accusations are frequently made by both parties during the course of a divorce, many times important facts go ignored by the court.  When these same facts are brought to the attention of the court by a licensed investigator however, they are viewed in a completely different light.  These “wild” statements are no longer just accusations, -- they are grounds for action against the negligent parent.
